Yakima RoadTrip 4 Bike Rack Review - 2005 Airstream Parkway- Video
Today on our 2005 Airstream parkway we're going to be doing a test fit of the Yakima RoadTrip hanging-style 4-bike rack for RVs. That's part number Y02477. It's specifically designed for RVs in that it has no moving parts, so it's going to be a lot more stable here at the rear of your RV. It secures our bikes with three points of contact. We've got two ZipStrips for our top tube, and then one for our seat post tube. The one for our seat post tube is going to help reduce sway in our bike when we're on the road, as well as prevent bike to bike contact and bike to vehicle contact. It's specifically designed for RVs in that it has limited moving parts, so it's going to be a lot more stable here at the rear of your RV. It secures our bikes with three points of contact. We've got two ZipStrips for our top tube and then one for seat post tube. The one for our seat post tube is going to be our anti-sway. It's going to help prevent sway in bike while we're on the road, as well as prevent bike to bike contact and bike to vehicle contact. Here behind the center mast, the integrated cable lock makes locking our bikes easy. more
